Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and the wider client base who depend on a stable, well-funded service.

Eligible for refund

  • Shared / WordPress hosting cancelled within 30 days of purchase
  • Failed domain registration (full refund of paid amount)
  • Service unavailable due to verifiable downtime caused by ViberHosting

Not eligible

  • Domain registrations after successful registration
  • Premium domain registrations
  • VPS, dedicated, and cloud servers (after activation)
  • SSL certificates after issuance
  • Funds added to credit balance / wallet
  • Accounts terminated for AUP violation (spam, illegal content, etc.)
  • Add-on services (backups, dedicated IP, license keys, etc.)

Acceptable use policy

Several policies are in place to ensure fairness to all clients hosted with ViberHosting.com. Pornography, pirated software, MP3 archives, ROM archives, cracking/hacking tools, and spamming are not allowed at ViberHosting.com. Any material of this nature — or links to such material — will cause the account to be shut down without financial refund.

These types of sites waste bandwidth and slow down the servers. It is not realistic to allow one site to ruin performance for all of the others. Additionally, sites of this nature often place web hosts at legal risk, and therefore cannot be allowed.

Payment & service guarantee

Failure to pay on time will result in the loss of the account and data. ViberHosting.com wants to give premier support to paying customers. Therefore, ViberHosting.com cannot waste time supporting those who do not pay.

The funds that the partner adds in the Partner Program as an "Add Fund" can be used for providing all offered available services on the ViberHosting.com website.

Anti-spam policy

If you send spam, your account will be closed. If a client you host in your account sends spam, your client's site will be immediately and permanently closed. In extreme cases, your account may also be closed. We do not and will not tolerate spam.

Spam is a waste of our network and system resources, and we are completely intolerant of anybody who sends or attempts to send spam. We reserve the right to charge US$100 per spam message that is sent or attempted to be sent to or through any of our servers. If a spammer is putting uptime or performance at risk by flogging the email services with spam, we have every legal right to receive payment from the spam sender or the company represented within the spam to cover the cost of the services rendered.

This policy applies equally to ViberHosting.com customers and non-customers. If you sell hosting services to other customers using your ViberHosting.com account, it is your responsibility to support those customers.

Pricing & policy changes

In the event of a price or policy change, all customers (new and old) are subject to the price or policy change. These changes may occur at any time without notice from ViberHosting.com. Customers should check the ViberHosting.com website periodically to check for changes to pricing or policy. Pricing and policies are subject to change at any time. Our policies are non-negotiable.

Domain refund rules

Two-alphabet domains are not allowed to book — minimum 3 alphabets are required (per ICANN: applied-for gTLD strings in ASCII must be composed of three or more visually distinct characters; two-character ASCII strings are not permitted, to avoid conflicting with current and future country codes based on the ISO 3166-1 standard).

If we fail to register any domain, we will refund the full money you have paid. Do not do anything illegal or anything that adversely affects ViberHosting.com's legal interests.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please open a ticket to the billing department in your client area. Provide bank details where you want to receive your refund. If the payment was made through an online automated gateway like Stripe, credit/debit card, or PayPal, your payment will be refunded the same way. If the payment was made offline, you must provide bank details for the refund.

Refunds will take 3 to 7 working days, plus any additional gateway processing time. Gateway and bank charges (if any) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
