Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using ViberHosting.com services. By signing up you agree to be bound by them.

1. Termination & expiry

Hosting which expires and doesn't renew within 7 days from its expiry date will be terminated completely. Deleted data cannot be restored in this case. Either through email or call, the client will be informed. ViberHosting will not be responsible if the client doesn't check email or receive the call regarding renewal.

All shared hosting plans are for web hosting purposes. We do not allow hosting of download files like MP3s, wallpaper-download sites, movie download/streaming sites, or bot sites under our hosting. All such sites will be suspended by our server team without prior notice.

2. Funds & credit balance

No refund after funds are added to your ViberHosting wallet (credit balance). Funds added to the ViberHosting wallet are non-refundable.

From 23 September 2022, if you buy hosting from the credit balance and later ask for a refund, then you will get a refund into the credit balance — not in your main account (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any supported payment gateway). Please read these terms before adding funds to the credit balance.

3. Domain registration

Customers may not buy any domain in which a trademark name of another company / name / etc. is registered. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

It is the responsibility of the client to verify whether the domain registration is successful. Rarely, under unfortunate circumstances, domain registration may not happen due to software error, network error, or other unknown technical reasons. If there is any issue, the client should report it to ViberHosting within 3 working days by writing to support@viberhosting.com.

ViberHosting accepts no liability for the loss of any domain that has failed to register due to invalid/insufficient information provided to us, late payments received, or technical faults beyond our control.

4. Premium domain selection

If you have selected a premium domain, it cannot be registered at the displayed price. Premium domains are deemed valuable or in high demand, resulting in elevated prices. The issue arises during domain availability checks, where some registries erroneously show premium domains as available. This discrepancy is a registry-specific matter beyond our control.

Your credit will be added to your account for use on any services, automatically applied to your invoice. If you prefer a refund, please open a ticket to the billing department in your client area. Refunds will take 3 to 7 days, plus gateway processing time.

5. Service modifications & pricing

In the event of a price or policy change, all customers (new and old) are subject to the change. These changes may occur at any time without prior notice from ViberHosting.com. Customers should check the ViberHosting.com website periodically. Pricing and policies are subject to change at any time. Our policies are non-negotiable.

6. Acceptable use

Clients that overload servers with malfunctioning pages or CGI scripts will lose the right to have dynamic pages (such as ASP, iHTML, Cold Fusion, and CGI scripts). Everybody writes code that locks up from time to time, but ViberHosting will not allow one client's scripts to ruin uptime or performance for the rest of our clients. If your CGI or other dynamic content is causing a noticeable performance bottleneck, your account will be disabled.

Failure to pay on time will result in the loss of the account and data. ViberHosting wants to give premier support to paying customers and cannot waste time supporting those who do not pay.

Websites that contain material intentionally offensive to racial minorities are not permitted. Sites found to contain such offensive content will be closed.

7. Anti-spam policy

If you send spam, your account will be closed. If a client you host in your account sends spam, your client's site will be immediately and permanently closed. In extreme cases, your account may also be closed. We do not and will not tolerate spam.

We reserve the right to charge US$100 per spam message that is sent or attempted to be sent to or through any of our servers. This policy applies equally to ViberHosting.com customers and non-customers. If you sell hosting services to other customers using your ViberHosting.com account, it is your responsibility to support those customers.

Prohibited content

The following content is prohibited on our servers (no refund possible if we find any of the following on a website):

  • Don't provide free hosting (for resellers)
  • High-traffic news websites not allowed
  • Spam / threats websites
  • Phishing websites
  • Email marketing
  • IRC scripts / bots
  • Proxy scripts / anonymizers
  • Pirated software / warez
  • Image hosting scripts (Photobucket / Tinypic clones)
  • Large MP3 / DVD / CD ISO image collections
  • Prime banks programs
  • Lottery / PTC / HYIP scripts
  • Forums or websites distributing warez / pirated / illegal content
  • Fraudulent sites (including those listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
  • Adult content / pornography
  • Push-button mail scripts
  • Bitcoin mining
  • Hacker-focused sites / archives / programs
  • .tk, .ml, .cf, .ga domain hosting (terminated without notice)
  • Commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams)
